Hospice began in the United States as a volunteer organization and has maintained its volunteer roots to this day. We utilize volunteers in a variety of roles from office assistance to Pet Therapy. Our coordinators are willing to train your group members to
volunteer with us or for specific service within your own organization or congregation. Presentation and training provided by Wuesthoff Hospice Volunteer Coordinators.
Videos and DVD's... Wuesthoff Hospice's Community Outreach program has a
number of video and DVD presentations you may incorporate into your own program.
The videos and DVDs can be used in combination with a discussion from one member
or a panel of Wuesthoff's Outreach Team. These films include: "Wit," "One
Journey ... Many Voices," "And Thou Shalt Honor," and the four part series
"On Our Own Terms, An Introduction to Hospice."
New films are always being added to the collection.
